A bit of history:Centerville Texas Arts Commission is a community organization focused on nurturing and supporting the Arts in our wonderful town. We have been in operation since 2015. It all started with 3 friends, Cora Huggins, Carol Dickey and Shelly Payne. They had the notion that Centerville had a lot of talent but no venue to showcase it. So they started the Centerville Arts Commission. Since then the Arts Commission  has grown in members and projects. Thus far we have supported:
  • High School Drama Program
  • High School band
  • Art shows for local artists
  • Deer Project
  • Art in the Park
  • Christmas Market on the Square
  • Elementary School Art Club



Next Meeting

We are working hard on   Art in the Park and The Magic of Christmas. Next board meeting will be at 5:30 PM Monday September 29, 2025 at TBA
